We have partnered with eSSENTIAL Accessibility to administer our accessibility program and oversee its governance. A diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users of assistive technologies, at eSSENTIAL Accessibility evaluates our digital content on an ongoing basis in accordance with best practices. The platform goes beyond minimum  compliance requirements by making an assistive CX technology application available to customers who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse, or reading. The application is free to download, and it incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, hands-free/touch-free navigation, and more. 

Please note that our websites may link to, or interface with, third-party sites that we do not control, and which are not affiliated with Happiest Baby.  These third-party vendors may not have undertaken the same efforts that Happiest Baby has to conform with the WCAG standards. Happiest Baby does not make representations regarding the accessibility and compliance with the ADA and other applicable laws of third-party sites. In addition, third-party vendors provide some content, plugins and widgets on our websites.  While we ask those third-party vendors to ensure accessibility, we cannot ensure their conformance, but commit to continuously working with them to ensure updates are made consistently to improve the customer experience for all.
